BUMPS A GRIND

I don't know what they're, called but my question is, is it normal for a man's penis to have little bumps on it, sort of like little pimples? -- CURIOUS

Well, that all depends. Did the bumps suddenly appear after you put your penis in something (let's just say, for argument's sake, a vagina or anus) without a condom on it? If not, yes it is normal. Dr. Robert Stubbs says, "You are probably referring to the sebaceous glands." I thought they may be hair follicles, but Dr. Stubbs says, "Hair follicles would have a hair, unless they were in the resting phase." Hair needs sleep too, I guess.
